H1N1 vaccine
The government is now giving free h1n1 vaccine at government clinic..check the location here..

Yesterday hwei chen sms tell me..then i went to take the H1N1 vaccine d..thx for her infomation...
But after i took the vaccine i heard some frens said bout the side effect..then i online check..
gt some info there..i saw sin ying's fb status wrote This one from NST -->Asked whether there have been adverse side effects in Malaysians who have been vaccinated, Liow said: "We have vaccinated some 80,000 peopleand almost all did not complain. There were some mild adverse reactionsbut nothing serious." It's safe i guess.

MASUM Sirkit 1, 2010
It’s the time for MASUM again..This year MASUM held in UMT, Terengganu. This time I’m be the leader(captain)+player..I remembered last year IMTGT I also be the replaced captain because the former captain absence.. It’s nt easy to be a leader(captain) in a team. Before the competition held, we had been told that this year’s format is not the same like last year, become the single event again-Mix doubles, men doubles, woman doubles, woman single and man single. So, we are alr discuss between ourselves for long time, esp between me n another captain, weilun. Finally, the players list are out. We are so stress out actually because this year USM not let all the sports join MASUM because APEX UNI they want GOOD PERFORMANCE. So, they base on last year performance to consider whether which sport to take part. Ping pong is consider as a high performance sport since last few years, so we had been chosen this time.
But, I knw we must have a good performance for this time MASUM. But the problems are we dun have our own coach in USM varsity team and we lack of many talented players if compare to last few years. So, how we going to have good performance? I tell myself, nvrmind.. We depend on our hardworking practice sure can, but, many of the players didn’t attend practice due to their own personally reasons. I also busy with my assignments, tests, activities, but y I can attend but u all cant? Luckily my doubles partner quite cooperate, she come here from engineering campus to practice with me few times. Appreciate for her cooperate.
So I can say that some of the players go for the MASUM tournament without practice well. N we also met a lot of problems before the MASUM start(during the TEAM MANAGER MEETING)- the organizer do not hav experience in the table tennis competition, so some of the schedule need to change. I tot after the changes will be better, but also have lot of problems. They didn’t start the games on the time, n the competition even extended till 1A.M
A team really difficult to control, because I need to fulfill everyone’s needs and take care everyone. It happened a little argument between me and another teammate, but not because of me but because of another person. Luckily I can calm down myself and didn’t let the argument continue. Actually I face a lot of stress and didn’t tell anyone- If we didn’t have any good performance, we(captain) will been asked by unit sukan and dunno how to write the MASUM report. But I decide not to tell my teammates, I scare they also will become stress and will affect their performance, so I don’t let anyone knws. it’s better just me alone suffer than others suffer. It’s really a hardship and suffer for me for the first few days, because I scared no GOOD PERFORMANCE. But I need to pretend nothing in front of them, I cant show my anxiety n stressful infront of them.
In the small group tournament, except 1 man double n 2 singles, all USM teammates eligible to the semi-quarter final. Quite a good result, we satisfied for that actually.
Another problem we face is USM woman doubles both teams will meet the STONGEST team that is UM in the quarter if follow the schedule, and all strongest will met earlier then what purpose to continue the tournaments? We alr made complain and it doesn’t help. So, we WANTED to lost to a team so that we can be the 2nd in small group, this is the first time I wanted to lost in a game, it sounds funny, but if we lost it really advantage for us to gt into final. But after we lost a team,we also become the 1st in the small group, so we just continue with our game. As a result, we win UM 1st double so we enter semi-final.but another team lost to UM 2nd double. So in the semi-final we met UM 2nd doubles. And we won. So we gt into final, when final we win UKM so we become CHAMPION in woman doubles. Thanks to my partner for contribute a GOLD to USM.
Overall results, woman doubles- champion, man single-champion and man doubles-runner-up. Luckily we gt a quite good results for this time MASUM. But we also have MASUM Sirkit 2 again in Shah Alam. Hope that time we also can get such good performance. Thanks to all USM teammates for this time MASUM. Thanks to all USM teammates, Sharon Lee, Iyvon Ling, Dhammika Pang, Liuyan Ooi, SuRene Chong, Hui Fen, Dion Tan, Kelvin Chai Wee Kiat, Teng Jia Rong, Shu Cheng Ho, Wen Yong, Ah Liang and esp my partner, shuwei wong and thanks to Desmond Teng, Nick, Behzard, Vron Ng, Tong Kim Suan teach us during our matches. Hope we all can continue our practice to prepare for future competition. Arrange time for practice and be prepare for the next competition, USM still need our contribution!

我真的不知该怎么帮你，你……你一直都是我最亲的家人，请问我该怎么办才好？从以前开始你是我烦恼的一部分，为什么会成为我烦恼的一部分呢？那是因为因为我很疼爱你，因为你是我的家人，一直一直很担心你，都那么大了，难道还是不会听吗？还是不会想？我好烦哦，自己的事都已经很烦了，再加上最近这几天知道了你比以前变本加厉了，你竟然……为什么家人的话你却不听，损友的话你却听，难道什么是对错，什么是能做什么是不能做你不会分辨吗？妈妈很担心你，我也何尝不是呢？昨天看到妈妈偷偷的落泪了，我看到了也很心酸，自己也偷偷哭了。妈妈给别人看到的是坚强的一面，我想妈妈是因为不想我们家人担心吧！请问你什么时候才会懂事？那么大了不赚钱养家就算了，竟然还要做些让家人担心，对自己有害的事。你知不知道妈妈现在很辛苦吗？一天打三份工，就算生病了也照常上班，也不吭一声，为的是什么？为的还不是让我们？很多亲戚朋友说你妈妈好“强”，一天打三份工，为什么要那么苦呢？但是试想想真的现在这个年纪她不是应该享福的吗？父母现在都只把希望放在我身上，希望我有出人头地的一天，我真的很压力，好压力……但我压力是没关系，我只希望你走归正途就好了。你可以帮帮我吗？其实是帮你自己啦，或是你当着帮帮家人吧！就算你不承认你有做这事，但我们都知道了，这“事”是隐瞒不久的，现在我想能帮到你的人只有你自己而已。我真的不知你为何会走上路，这是有害的，难道你不懂吗？我很希望你能走归正途，可以吗？我希望你能好好跟家人坐下来好好谈，而不是一开口就是吵架的，我们都真的很想很想帮你。你曾经妈妈眼中的好孩子，老师眼中的好学生，品学兼优的好学生，但为什么你会变成这样？我不懂。。。。。我该怎么帮你呢？我该怎么帮这个家呢？我快崩溃了。。。

害怕
新的一年又到了，2010了，不再是个少年了但越是长大我就越少会摊开心告诉别人我的心事，最算是我的很好很好的朋友，因为不想他人为我担心，但我现在越来越觉得好压力，前途茫然，看不到未来。。。我好像越来越怕了，该怎么办呢？我突然害怕去承担责任，不想去面对我的学业，家人，朋友或学会或任何人事物，好害怕这样下去我会有忧郁症。。。好想逃避，但我知道无论怎样都好我还是得面对的。。。坚强的冲过去吧，我相信天无绝人之路。。。加油！

English Dhamma Camp 2009-SUKPEN
English Dhamma Camp?? Never think before to take part. Before that i think that it will be difficult for me 2 understand because my english not so good... But after quite many Kalyana Mitras encourage me 2 go, formerly they ask me to join as faci, but after that because my condition not allow, because i think that i dont have preparation to face it and I also need 2 attend table tennis practising every morning, so finally I choose 2 join as a member. I had no regret to join this camp, because I can really learn something. Although I missed Dhamma Talk every morning because I attend my practise. After I gt back 2 EDC again, my group facis n members always willing 2 share with me, I felt gratitude towards them, thanks to them. And in this camp also can feel that everyone care to each others. In the game we also enjoy, what we can learn are we must co-operate, believe in ourselves n also our group member in order to complete the game. Thanks to AJKs n Facis prepare this EDC, I appreciate this precious time. When i writting this blog, they are still in the camp, i take leave frm there earlier because tomorrow morning i still gt competition(SUKPEN). Good luck to me n try my best, I must believe in myself also, coaches n friends alway tell me that i dont have confidence, so I must believe in myself, hope I can do IT!

（槟岛西南区陈燕妮6日讯）有人说，看流星划过夜空，并默默向流星许个心愿……在所有的天象中，流星雨该是最浪漫、最迷人的了。根据天文学家预测，今年11月18日的狮子座流星雨可能会出现较大流量，甚至是“暴雨”级别，是市民观赏的好时机。
据悉，狮子座流星雨在1998年和2001年的大规模爆发，让许多爱好者开始了流星雨的观测。
理科大学天文学会顾问张汉友博士表示，根据世界流星雨组织的预报，18日当天若天气好，在凌晨3时至清晨6时45分，朝东的放向望去，料将可看到狮子座流星雨。尤其是凌晨5时至6时，估计流星雨每小时可达120颗。
若在那时，出现1000颗至1500颗，就称为‘暴风雨’。”不过，这仍会有变数。
他说，上一次理大天文学会在理大大规模看狮子座流星雨可追溯到1998年，离今已有超过10年。那时候，3000人聚在理大内，看到了125个火流星。每当火流星在夜空中闪过时，个个观测者都振臂欢呼。2001年，其中一名会员也在孟光水坝见到700颗流星雨。
他继说，届时只要天气晴朗，没月光的干扰，大家可在空旷的地方如大草场观看肉眼可见的狮子座流星雨。
12月份的双子座流星雨来袭
除了狮子座流星雨，张博士指出，12月份的双子座流星雨也是值得观测，该流星雨将从12月7日一直持续到17日，尤其是12月14日达到极盛，每小时流星数量最多可达到120颗左右。
他说，双子座流星雨非常适合观测，不但流星的速度较慢，而且明亮的流星还会留下白色的余迹。
对于这次的双子座流星雨，他认为，从12月13日（星期日）晚上8时至14日清晨6时及14日（星期一）晚上8时至15日（星期二）清晨6时都是看流星雨的好时机。他说，相比与狮子座，双子座流星雨的观看时间比较长，约10个小时。
他还记得，理大师生及天文学会会员约30人就曾在2004年聚在浮罗班台亚齐天文台看双子座流星雨，一看就看了8个小时，从13日晚上至14日清晨，出现1103颗流星的壮观景象，对他而言，确实是最难忘的一刻。
